Por qué estas tirando tan lento o de a uno los temas si en Internet están?

Respuesta:

Porque yo los trabajo y normalizo, cambio las extensiones y nombres a idioma neutral, cosa que el sistema operativo no quede inestable, además, arreglo y verifico ciertos errores, y traduzco lo que está con cosas raras, y por lo demás el instalador, cosa que cualquier usuario (claro una vez instalado el tema) pueda usarlo y no requiera permisos de administrador. Y todo lo anterior requiere mucho tiempo.

Esta semana les daré una muestra extra de temas, por qué? no sé, pero acá un tema para Windows XP de Naruto Shippuden. En mi opinión personal le falto pulirse un poco, pero está bueno.
