Easy Windows Style Designer it’s a new application to make your own style for Windows Vista and Windows Seven, the same images and sizes can apply to both SO.

You shoudl patch your windows, this program just make the styles, but to apply you need your windows patched.

Do you have app like this but for windows 8 & 8.1 version? And if you can, please add feature to change the explorer background and the panel background. Please reply and thanks.
